The fee for clients who choose to offer us full exclusivity is 12% of the candidate’s annual gross salary.
Designed for critical roles that can’t wait, the fee is split as follows: 2% paid upfront (at the start of the search) and 10% upon success.
Commitment without exclusivity
15%
The fee for clients who want to collaborate without exclusivity but with mutual commitment is 15% of the candidate’s annual gross salary.
To guarantee focus and results, sharing the commitment without the need for exclusivity, 5% is paid upfront (before starting the search) and 10% upon success (only if you hire).
