The fee for clients who choose to offer us full exclusivity is 10% of the candidate’s annual gross salary.
Designed for critical roles that can’t wait, the fee is split as follows: 20% paid upfront (at the start of the search) and 80% upon success.
No-risk, maximum flexibility
15%
The fee for clients who choose to work without exclusivity is 15% of the candidate’s annual gross salary.
You only pay if you hire one of the candidates presented.
