At Block&Capital, our mission is to be a reference in recruitment in the USA, the UK, Andorra and Spain, with a unique specialization in tech recruitment. We are the only company based in Andorra dedicated exclusively to identifying and connecting the best tech talent with leading companies, standing out for the exceptional quality and speed of our services.

Who are we?
The headquarters of Block&Capital is located in the Principality of Andorra, in the Parish of Escaldes-Engordany, and was founded by the partners Judit Miret and Rubén B.C.
Judit Miret, founding partner and principal headhunter specialized in the selection of tech talent, is responsible for identifying the profiles that best adapt to the needs of each company. Graduated in Pedagogy from the University of Barcelona and the only certified pedagogue in the Principality, she also has training in Human Resources and a Master’s in HR and Talent Management. With more than seven years of experience in the sector, she brings a unique combination of academic knowledge and practical experience.
Our founding partner Rubén B.C. has consolidated one of the key specializations of the consultancy: Blockchain technology. Active in this field since 2013, he has participated in innovative projects such as IOTA and NXT (the first 100% Proof of Stake platform), which later evolved into ARDOR, a pioneer in multichain technology. He was also part of the founding team of advisors at ADEL Ecosystems Ltd., the first blockchain incubator in Europe to operate within the legal framework, where he collaborated in writing the whitepapers together with Travin Keith, member of the Hyperledger Foundation.
