Contractor Recruitment
The fee applied to temporary contracts is 12% of the worker’s hourly rate for clients who choose to establish a non-compete agreement. Conversely, a fee of 15% is applied to the worker’s hourly rate.
The minimum duration of the project must be 3 months.
Permanent Recruitment
The fee for clients who choose to establish a non-compete agreement is 12% of the annual gross salary. Otherwise, the established fee is 15% of the annual gross salary.
